PrintMailRate-it

Real estate law and the related areas of construction law and environmental law have long been one of our main areas of practice. We have extensive experience with projects of various sizes, including large development projects, real estate investments and private construction projects, land transactions and the construction of industrial buildings.

Our services are truly comprehensive, starting with planning and building permit procedures through contractual securing of projects (designers, building contractors, financing) to occupancy permit procedures, rental of real estate or the sale of properties. We also help our clients deal with cases of environmental accidents, reconstruction and clean-up after accidents, including the arranging of external expert opinions and contractual arrangements for reconstruction and clean-up after accidents.
