For more than 20 years, Rödl & Partner has also been providing professional legal services in the field of Commercial Law. We cover the field from a broad perspective and focus on almost everything that is related to business.

We also provide overlapping advisory and consultancy services in fields that are related to Commercial Law. In order to ensure a comprehensive approach, it is vital we identify our clients’ needs from the very onset. Therefore, while concentrating on Commercial Law, we also frequently communicate with tax advisors, accountants, auditors and corporate advisors, experts and other specialists, so that our clients are not surprised by solutions to situations that they did not anticipate.

We advise both clients in the Czech Republic and clients with international legal overlap. Our clients benefit from our many years of experience and our colleagues’ language skills. For these purposes, we often actively cooperate with other Rödl & Partner offices based abroad, as we have established a reliable cooperation with them, often supported by direct personal experience from previous cases.

We also maintain good relations with notaries, with whom we are generally able to plan appointments according to the clients’ needs within a relatively short period of time.
