Interim Management involves the deployment of an experienced colleague or manager to a client preparing for a major corporate change, a client optimizing internal processes or a client who needs immediate external assistance to deal with an exceptional situation (restructuring, the departure of a key manager, etc.).

An interim manager is a seasoned manager with many years of experience who ensures that the goals that were set for the agreed period are met. It should be kept in mind that this invariably involves working in areas like accounting/controlling, finance, economics and management.
