RPO – Recruitment Process Outsourcing

We run the recruitment process end to end, with particular strength in middle and senior management, specialist staff, finance teams (chief accountants, accountants and controllers) and experts in logistics, manufacturing, administration, sales and IT. For finance roles, we call on colleagues in our audit department to test candidates’ technical skills.​

We recruit throughout the Czech Republic, Germany, Slovakia and the wider EU. At the heart of our approach lies a genuine understanding of your corporate culture. That understanding lets us assess where things stand, pinpoint what you need and propose the right solution, from choosing the right candidates to helping them settle into the team. Often, our work also means recognizing and navigating cultural differences within company structures.

Interim Management

When a need arises without warning, we are ready to step in and run the company on a temporary basis while we secure the right candidate for the key management role. OPO – Outplacement Process Outsourcing

We stand by companies through the demanding stages of organizational change that come with letting people go, whether individual departures or collective redundancies. We combine one-to-one consultations with group workshops to help employees move on to new career opportunities. Outplacement benefits employees, but above all it benefits company leadership, helping management steer the whole process sensitively, efficiently and within the law. Here we work hand in hand with our legal department, and our extensive network lets us connect employees directly with prospective employers.

Pay Transparency – the new standard for a responsible employer

Pay is fast becoming one of the defining aspects of HR management, and not just as a matter of cost. It now sits at the heart of corporate culture, employer branding and legislative compliance.

Responding to the latest developments in European and Czech law, we offer end-to-end advice on pay transparency, including:​

Our services help clients get ready for the new obligations arising from EU Directive 2023/970, which must be transposed by 7 June 2026. The related amendment to the Labor Code and other legislation is expected to take effect on 1 January 2027, with some obligations likely to apply only from 1 January 2028.​
