International taxation is one of the most dynamically developing areas of law, and its legal regulation is undergoing significant changes which have had a significant impact on many taxpayers and on their obligations towards tax authorities.

In recent years, the European Union has followed the earlier initiative of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development and, in an effort to prevent unfair tax practices, has been placing ever greater emphasis on the collection of taxes itself and on strengthening the oversight mechanisms for transactions with an international element. In this context, we are also witnessing increasingly more frequent and effective cooperation between the tax authorities of the individual countries of the European Union. Therefore, the legal regulation of international taxation should be given proper attention not only by companies that participate in transactions with foreign entities as part of their business activities, but also by those companies whose activities are currently concentrated only in the Czech Republic.

Our team of experienced professionals is ready to offer you our assistance and advice in all areas of international taxation.
