Real estate tax

Compared to some other selected countries, in the Czech Republic the share of real estate tax in GDP is not dramatically low, and its share of all taxes is comparable to Austria, Switzerland and Germany. Although the real estate tax burden is not very significant in the Czech Republic, for some companies it may not be a negligible item in their costs.
