People stand at the heart of all international projects and capital expenditure investments. Posting a managerial employee abroad or, conversely, from abroad to the Czech Republic is a complex personal decision that affects both the employee and their family.

When it comes to the posting of employees, we can take care of all the associated tasks and duties relating to personal income tax, social security and health insurance:
  • In cooperation with our Legal Department, we will help you set up all the necessary procedures and tasks for posting employees (drafting employment contracts and agreements on the posting of managerial employees)
  • We will analyse the impacts of posting employees in terms of income tax, social security obligations and health insurance
  • We will handle the salary administration tasks for employees posted to the Czech Republic (shadow payroll)
  • We will also prepare the personal income tax returns of posted employees
