An internal audit of a subsidy project is essential if you wish to eliminate the risk of having your subsidy slashed or withdrawn. It may even save you from facing potential sanctions from a subsidy provider (compliance with subsidy terms and conditions, observance of performance indicators / criteria set out in the subsidy provision agreement).


Based on the audit, we will draw up a report that will present our findings on all potential violations of the subsidy terms and possible sanctions that you might face as a result. If our report differs from the findings of an inspection conducted by the subsidy provider or other authorized supervisory authority, we at Rödl & Partner will assist and represent you in any communications with the supervisory authorities. 

We will also analyse for you the current progress of the project and identify any potential shortcomings and potential violations of the subsidy terms, as well as the possible sanctions you might face.
