Subsidy project management

Management of subsidy projects entails all the steps and processes needed to ensure that the subsidy terms are duly observed during the project implementation stage (usually 1 to 3 years), so that the client receives and keeps the subsidy funding. In addition, any failure to observe the subsidy terms may be sanctioned by a fine. In order to prevent any such unfortunate outcome, we continously monitor the satisfaction of project performance indicators, goals, schedules, budgets and financial plans, as well as any project milestones.

An important part of subsidy project management is the preparation of a comprehensive set of documents as requested by the grantor of the subsidy, namely:

Payment Application (PA)
Project Progress Report (PPR)
Final Project Implementation Report (FPIR)

Apart from drawing up the above documents, we also provide assistance and support during the project sustainability stage, inclusive of the expert services needed to observe the project sustainability terms (the operating stage of the investment) as determined by the grantor of the subsidy after the actual physical completion of the project (usually 5 years).

The sustainability stage of subsidy project management involves:

Preparing the Project Sustainability Report (PSR) and the Final Sustainability Report (FSR)
Attending project inspections by the grantor of the subsidy and any other authorized supervisory authorities
Associated consulting activities
