For contracting authorities

The recipient of a subsidy from the European Structural and Investment Funds (ESIF) must organise a tender procedure for the subsidised activity or technology in compliance with the rules of the applicable subsidy programme. Any factual or procedural errors in the tender procedure expose the subsidy recipient to the risk of sanctions. We will guide you through the process in order to help you attract the best tender and to help you avoid any sanctions from the subsidy provider.

Our services

  • Draft the invitation to tender 
  • Draft the specifications for the tender/ procurement procedure 
  • Process appointments for the tender review committee 
  • Check the formal accuracy of the tender that was selected as the most expedient based on an assessment of the criteria laid down in the tender specifications
  • Draft a report on the opening of envelopes, a review and assesment of the tenders 
  • Process other compulsory documents
  • Provide advisory services in order to ensure legal and regulatory compliance in conducting the tender/procurement procedure, especially in assigning the contract, reviewing and assessing tenders, in communicating with tenders, and in entering into the contract with the selected contractors/supplier.

For contractors

To win a public contract, a potential contractor must process and file a formally correct and substantively accurate written tender in compliance with the Public Procurement Act. We will monitor all public contracts currently on offer and arrange that each of your tenders is accepted for the procurement procedure.
