Rödl & Partner Consulting, s.r.o. was established on 1 January 1999 and personnel advisory (HR consulting) has been one of our main practice areas since the beginning. RPO – Recruitment Process Outsourcing

We implement the recruitment process for corporate executives or employees in liason with an external specialized partner. We typically search for higher-level personnel from various sectors in the Czech Republic. Our philosophy in the recruitment process is to get to know the company's structure and culture. We analyse and evaluate the current situation, select appropriate candidates based on such knowledge and provide support during the selection of suitable staff. In many cases, the recruitment process involves uncovering cultural differences.

OPO – Outplacement Process Outsourcing

This involves implementation of processes aimed at helping companies manage the organisational changes associated with redundancies, both in the case of mass redundancies and individual departures. As a rule, we combine an individual approach with group training. As part of this service, we help the employer and employees to better manage the relevant organisational changes and to orient themselves in the labour market in accordance with the current conditions. Outplacement is used not only in times of crisis when closing all or part of a business, but also in situations involving mergers or acquisitions.

Interdisciplinary collaboration to help you accomplish your goals

In the area of personnel advisory (HR consulting), we also cooperate closely with other departments of the firm, with attorneys specialised in employment law, with tax advisors, typically when recruiting managers abroad, and, equally importantly, with auditors when it comes to verifying the quality of tests for filling financial positions.
