Classification of fixed assets

We offer consultancy services in the field of statistical classification for the purposes of determining VAT rates and the depreciation of tangible fixed assets. Statistical classification entails the standard classification of production (CZ-CPA) and the classification of construction works (CZ-CC), currently used for depreciation of tangible fixed assets according to Act 586/92 Sb. (Income Tax Act).

Our services

Identify production facilities and other equipment (fixed assets) for the supply of services/outputs that are separate movable items
Identify production facilities, other equipment (fixed assets) for the supply of services/outputs which are separate movable items even though they are firmly attached to a building or structure
Identify construction works with their integral parts, as well as their technical equipment, taking into account their structural and technical specifications, the function and purpose of the building or structure, in particular machinery, apparatus, equipment, structures and related technological installations
Identify intangible fixed assets
Classify fixed assets according to CZ-CPA and CZ-CC production classification system
Classification based on the CZ-CPA and CZ-CC codes in the relevant depreciation group
Determine the amount of the acquisition costs

In the final report, we will present a list of fixed assets classified according to production, purchase price, and depreciation group according to Act 586/1992 Sb.. We will also give you the customs code to determine the eligibility of machinery to investment incentives.
