Extraordinary audits

The life of a company inevitably goes hand-in-hand with extraordinary events such as mergers, divisions, other types of transformations and, ultimately, liquidation. When the time comes, depending on the circumstances, auditors are required by law to audit extraordinary or annual financial statements and opening balance sheets, which then serve as a starting point for the company’s further activities and development.
